blister in foreskin

I have what looks like a blister in my foreskin (color: purple). It is located on the edge between inside and outside of my foreskin.

I have the following options:
-wait until it goes away (if it ever does, it's been there for at least 3 weeks already)
-pop it with a needle
-go to the doctor (I hae a small penis so I'd rather not)

Well sir, sounds like a blood-blister to me. Best bet is to pop it and drain the fluid. If you don't one of two things may happen. 1) It may just go away on it's own after few weeks, 2) it may become infected, become septic, and possibly turn to gangrene. Well, by that time, you may want to consult a physician about lopping the poor sucker off.
