In seeking a mate, one looks for certain qualities, inevitably compromising to reach some degree of mutual compatibility.  The anime paradigm, on the other hand, asserts an ideal female reminiscent of old pinup artwork or Playboy models.  This representation may lead to unrealistic expectations in finding such a specimen, but how rare would such a female be exactly?  Some qualifications:

Petite body of a 16-18 year old
Enough body fat to be squishy while still being thin
Athletic but thin framed
Boobs averaging from DD to H with no back pain
Little to no sexual experience until meeting you
Has the exact same hobbies and sense of humor you do
Intelligence in computers, video games and literature

Obviously the head, eye and hair characteristics are not part of the required characteristics.  The main criteria consists of enormous boobs on a thin frame, which has been known to exist in a rare subset of the population, but accurate estimates have not been conducted.
