How macaronic. The word you're looking for is "pedophile".

(And I'm not one, though I am an occasional ephebophile.)

As far as I know, "pedes" means foot.

Perhaps it is parvulophile from parvulus.

"Pais", from which it is actually derived, means "child". "Philia" is "friendship". Both are Greek.

"Infant" is from Latin. So is "parvus", which means "small". "Parvulus" doesn't mean anything.

Guess that this Latin dictionary is pretty much stupid:

You be the judge. I am no expert on Latin.

I went and looked it up in a real dictionary, and yeah, apparently it's a word. It's pre-classical, though, which explains why I hadn't heard of it. Classical (and post-classical) Latin would be more likely to use "liber", or the gendered "puer" or "puella".
No modern words derive from archaic Latin anyway.

I guess that's why they call it "Science and Math" LOL
