How is it that someone can accept black holes, which are held only by the faintest strands of evidence above pure conjecture, but not human caused global warming?

political cuntage in the mass media -- too many people only hear about science when some political jackass host on the radio or tv says something. the same people believe that astrology might be true

stop listening to political cunts on radio and tv
and for that matter, go to science sources to know about the topic -- you aren't limited to the mass market movie by Gore, which incidentally I've never bothered to see myself.
Do you doubt all science of physics if you catch an error in Bill Nye the Science guy's episode about waves? Because that's what you sound like.

and some doctors claimed cigarrette smoking wasn't bad for you...
global warming is happening, and there's a big ol' black hole at the center of nearly every galaxy that we've looked at.

I don't see what the big deal is, even if global warming isn't happening the only thing we want to happen is a reduction in pollution - what kind of moron would be against solving global warming if it means that we stop spewing carcinogens in the air? Oh, that's right, oil companies and big industry.

CO2 isn't a carcinogen, though it's bad for your health for different reasons.

Natural result of the fact that most Republicans are white males.

Not knowing what "theory" means is not a meme.

Black holes are just there. Global warming carries the implication that we are somehow responsible for it, and thus should act to prevent it. People don't like to do things.
