I can not comprehend the concept of wave. i understand particle... but not wave. Halp?

You can imagine it like a wave in water, except it travels through the fabric of spacetime itself. That's not accurate, but it's as accurate as it has to be.

In before someone confuses the fuck out of him by trying to explain probability waves poorly.

waves are a phenomina of the medium.  its alternating pressures in the medium, like sound in air.  think of a woofer moving in and out compressing then pulling back and making the pressure lower over and over.  it creates alternating high/low/high/low pressure waves.
