Does MATLAB have functions for use as a computer algebra system? I've been using AXIOM, but the documentation is shit, so I'm looking at alternatives.
I were under the impression that MATLAB was a good system for generic mathematical manipulation, but when I had a quick look at it, I could only get it to work with floating points. Surely it must at least have the capability for infinite precision calculations, and function derivation/integration?

It probably does, but I don't know how to access it.

Use Mathematica.

Don't change these.
