It's potassium permanganate (KMnO4) crystals mixed with glycerin (glycerol) (C3H8O3). Take it from a chemist. This trick has been done for hundreds of years... Why are these frauds ONLY capable of tricks EASILY replicated by magicians?
The permanganate, can be obtained at any store selling water-purifying supplies. The glycerin -- a harmless, thick, clear, syrupy liquid, is found at any pharmacy.
