Anyone ever tried binaural beat frequencies to change their state of mind?

Has it worked for anyone? It does nothing for me, sadly.

falling asleep to that brings lucid dreaming everynight

heh not to mention i havnt used it in bout 2 weeks now and i still have lucid dreaming...funtimes :)
