While male animals tend to have dominant, aggressive features such as horns, large chests, muscles, and other qualities with which to fight with, females tend to lack dominant features, having no horns, more fat, and generally appearing more docile. Perhaps females are meant to appear as a non-threat in order to arouse the male, who feels sex with a female is a winnable challenge at all times. So in hentai manga, though the female could be portrayed as equal to the male with constructive and considerate sex for both partners, it's more stimulating to have the female be "defeated" psychologically or physically in some way.
Though sex looks like a winning battle from a male perspective, the female reader tends to ignore these extreme displays of male aggression and prefers to read a comic in which people argue all the time and have effeminate buttsex. This may be to have males seem less of a threat while still showing dominance towards each other, and the lack of a female subject allows the reader to not have a sense of jealousy or competition by seeing another ideal representation of a female. It's also possible that females know where most of their nerve receptors are located, so a drawing may be inaccurate to them, just as a yaoi manga may have an inaccurate portrayal of buttsex.
