Concerning Gilgamesh.

Hello /sci/, I would like to announce that I am indirectly responsible for all this Gilgamesh crap.

On April 30, I started this thread:

I intended this to be a standard, garden-variety troll post, and it worked reasonably well. The OP is word-for-word copypasta from the forums at richarddawkins.net; I even used the name of its original author, Bodhitharta, one of the resident trolls at that board.

The next day, this thread was posted:

A quick scan of the archives confirms that this is the first instance of the Gilgamesh meme on /sci/.

Although Anonymous famously does not forgive, I would still like to apologize for the ensuing idiocy. Thank you.

I remember those threads. It was alright. Funnier than "spaghetti monster" at least.

I remember there was this one thread maybe two months ago with the subject "Proof that Gilgamesh actually exists" and it was actually a funny copy-pasta of some FAQ from I dunno what with "supporting statements" of OP himself copy pasta-ing some retarded incomprehensible logs, that cracked me up.
