Yes its quite interesting. I studied the number theory behind RHS encryption. The proofs weren't that hard to understand, and its kind of fun to encrypt by hand and actually understand what youre doing :)
The only thing i didn't understand was some theorem by euler. Well i didn't even try since it wasn't in my main text. But its definitely a project i would recommend.

I had to prove fermat-Euler theorem in a test and I forgot which one it was and proved fermat's little theorem instead.

I was pissed off, because the proofs are pretty much identical.

But er, yeah, number theory is good.

Fermat theorem is the Euler theorem but in a group with a non-prime order.
