Why the fuck is it so hard to find a periodic table with common oxidation states included?

You should be able to find one in a college bookstore.

If you've paid any attention to the irregularities in the filling order of orbitals (eg Cu = [Ar] 4s2 3d17 4p2, not d18 p1) - hell, they may even BE in your poster - the exceptions to this are easy enuff to work out.

They're alts. Frex the "731-1" means that halogens have common oxidation states of +7, +3, +1 and -1. (Actually, +5 might be slightly more common than +3, now that I think of it...)
