You can define "weak genes" as "recessive genes", but that's a terrible definition. The work "weak" has a connotation of inferiority or failure. Blue eyes may be a recessive gene, but there's no evidence that it's "weak".
How do you even define % of _'s genes are _ genes? How much they have in common? All humans have ~ 99% in common with chimpanzees and some 50% in common with a banana.
