Poverty, culture.

As for why they didn't develop as fast as the rest of the world, its because of where they lived. Innovation is spurred by necessity. Africa has the most natural resources of any continent on the planet. Its easy to live as a bunch of hunter-gatherers in a place that's so rich in flora and fauna.

Since any theory of racial differences has been outlawed, the only possible explanation for black failure is white racism.

Since we are required to believe that the only explanation for non-white failure is white racism, every time a non-white is poor, commits a crime, goes on welfare, or takes drugs, white society stands accused of yet another act of racism.

The dogma of racial equality leaves no room for an explanation of black failure that is not, in some fashion, an indictment of white people.

Morons breeding morons I'm afraid... hard cycle to get out of.  If Africa had a Eugenics program, they could eventually catch up.  It'd probably take 3-4 generations though.

Kind hearted Westerner's are quick to rush in and send aid money at the onset of every famine, yet they may be doing more harm than good.  Famines, droughts plagues and natural challenges; serving to select those of whom possess the genetic fitness to surmount them.   Due to the breadth of the gap between Africans and the developed world, I believe only a sustained eugenics program can rectify the problem   in a prompt manner.

Unfortunately Europeans and recently Americans are perpetuating the contagion of idiocy, by actively promoting race-mixing and third world adoption.   This practise of dysgenics, only serves to perpetuate the survival and propagation of those weaker genes, which in any other circumstance, would have died out.

I do dare to dream that a scientist out there, is working on a solution to rid us of the 'black plague' once and for all.  I see no possibility for Earth to graduate to Type1, given such vast resources being spent towards poor returns.

For all the billions upon billions of dollars spent just in the past half century trying futility bringing blacks in America up to everyone elses level and the untold billions spent on Africa doing the same we could have built our own Spacefleet by now! Africa is chock full of the resources we would need for such a thing anyway. It s time we get realistic and together with the worlds remainding advanced nations, reinvade Africa, push all or most of the niggers there into the sea, plunder it like never before for its resources and begin building our starships! Africa for one thing contains vast quantities of uranium that we could use to help power our sublight impulse drives. You cant get something for nothing and only a species that has disposed of such an ingorant and violent race has any chance of going to the stars!
