Agreed that Niggers do better in tribal cultures. That's why they create their own tribes (gangs) and get into turf wars. But it's also a brainpower thing. They're an Apple IIe in an iPhone world. There's no way they can survive in the 21st century unless whitey sets aside money and support and land for them to build mud huts on.
