Of course 4chan will still be around. By 2200 the dominant species on Earth will be cockroaches- where else would they go for lulz and CP?

Hell, they'd be better at it than we are. While we're dicking around invading virtual hotels, they've been doing the real thing for centuries. All it would take is one strategically placed roach  at any luxury hotel to shut down a hell of a lot more than just the pool. Our methods are grossly inefficient.

Will the Great Computational Matrix be free for participants (allowing for compartmentalization, within the scope of which, such freedoms may be processed), or will there be a PedobearDelete() function running?  PedobearDelete() could look like a lil' ol' grandmarm, toting a .50cal sniper rifle, and performing special acrobatics as allowed under Ring0 or su system access.

At least, that's what'll happen if we let Republicans program it all.  I can only imagine -- with great horror -- what the function Convert2Christianity() does.

By the year 2200, wealthy individuals will be able to opt to have "Vatting".  Their brain will be removed, provided with anti-senescence treatments, and placed into a vat.  They will be connected not only to the worldwide GoreNet (which will be renamed after Saint Al Gore in the year 2133), but also to a private, massive, quantum virtualization engine (QVE).  Within the QVE, they will be able to input all manner of imagined virtual experiences.  (Note that this will create an creative industry for VEDs (Virtual Experiencing Designers).)

This means a thriving 4channel will exist in some humming QVE, and my dream of the standing wave of "BUTTSECKS LOL" will become a wonderful reality.  (That, and loli.  Lots of loli.  More loli than in your wildest dreams.)

Alas, perhaps due to the desire to get the book by the censors in the corporate publishing industry, he detailed no 4chan aspects of his future worlds of "polises", except to use extremely nerdy forms of this very "Science & Math" board.

I hope such a future doesn't come to pass, since if we nerds can't get laid now, then what's the point of working towards digital polises, where we spend a near eternity ALSO not getting laid?  Of what use is high technology if it doesn't get my vas deferens a-pumpin' (either really or virtually)?

High tech can get it pumpin' virtually, can it not?

Of course 4chan will still be around all human will be dead but computer wont be affect by the gas (Unless they burn down) but still cockroach need something to fap on so yeah 4chan will still be around, anon is eternal.
