SATs

since there is no other place where this topic can be taken seriously...ok i took the SATs and i fucked up...horribly...i got a 1660 and there is room for one more make-up but i need that date to take the SAT II's...i really really want to (make that HAVE to) get into a good school like UC Berkeley or Santa Cruz.../sci/ exactly how FUCKED OVER am i?

I took the SAT back when 1660 > max score, so I don't know how fucked you are.  I have the GRE to worry about lol.

UCR/SDSU aren't that bad.  All else phails, you can be a /b/tard.

You're pretty fucked over unless you have a super high GPA and extracurriculars.

Throw your essay score out the window right now. Don't even think about it. No college is going to pay attention to it during the admissions process; the only time it's going to matter is placement in the english program. Imagine your score only consists of the Math and Reading Comprehension sections.

What's your score now? You might have ended up with a decent score on those two and a really sucky essay score.
