HS physics club: ideas?

Hey /sci/, lame thread, I know, but I need input. Anybody got brilliant ideas for a HS level physics club? Competitions, activities, etc? Tell me what all ya intellectual elitists would have liked to do in your geeky high school years. (Other than lose your virginity, of course. IN BEFORE PEOPLE FIXATE ON THAT LINE.)

BTW, I'm not rich, so don't tell me to build a particle accelerator or something... O_o

I read something about that recently, actually. Something about a teen building one in his basement and the neighbors being freaked out by the prospect. Sounds a little wacky, but who knows? Anyway, interesting idea.
