Do the multiplications and you'll obtain 4 equations that trivially constrain B.

In general if,

[0 1; 1 0]*[a b; c d] - [a b; c d]*[0 1; 1 0]
= [(c - b) (d - a); (a - d) (b - c)]
= [1 0; 0 -1].

Then, d - a = a - d = 0, implying a = d
and, b - c = -(c - b) = -1, implying b = c - 1.
Proving the converse of this is similarly straightforward.
So, AB - BA = [1 0; 0 -1] iff a = d and b = c - 1.
