One way Anova question

I'm in desperate need of help, I need to know how to use this output from SPSS to get the answer : F2,87 = 17.2, p<0.001  I have searched google for over 5 hours with no luck. Please could someone spare the time to post a very simple explanation how to do this?

From this 1 way Anova output from SPSS

What exactly do I need to get his result:

F2,87 = 17.2, p<0.001?

maybe there is a typo in your original raw data, computed F 18.108 is what you got in the output, but you want 17.2?

(Before this gets deleted) how did you calculate that anonymous? Please tell me

What, I didn't calculate anything, it's in your output you showed us.  The part labelled F.  The part labelled Sig is supposed to be the p corresponding to the F.  That is, the probability that actual F is equal to or greater than the computed F given the null hypothesis is true.  Small enough p means significantly enough to be unlikely that your results are due to mere chance, therefore reject null hypothesis.

Thanks anonymous, I just found a statistics book from the back of my cupboard and worked it out for myself, I can't believe I spent so long trying to figure it out I'm so stupid!
