e doesn't contain an infinite amount of information, you're confusing information with representation
whether or not the universe contains an infinite amount of infomration depends on how you define information, on whether o not the believe the universe is infinite in size, and on whether or not you believe that spacetime is quantized. Even if the universe is infinite and not quantized it might contain a finite amount of information since this does not preclude it from having a simple representation.
