Evolution claimed everyone evolved from apes. And if something is scientifically proven it is not considered racism to believe it.

I think a more compelling argument would be that evolution proves that negroes did not evolve in an ice age environment which is viewed by many as the last evolutionary leap before civilisation began. They are essentially saying negroes are incapable of constructing civilisation which seems to be backed up by history.
