Linear function problem

Name: Anonymous 2006-11-11 13:06

Can anybody give me an example of a function with the properties f(x+1)<f(x) and f(0)=1

If it's linear, than f(x+y) = f(x)+f(y). So 1 = f(0) = f(0+0) = f(0) + f(0) = 1+1 = 2.

If linearity isn't actually required, refer to >>9.
