Hi I'm not too sure about this, but I have a theory that zero is a positive number. I'm based on the evidence that 0 is not negative, nor it's written with a "-" sign, therefore it must be positive.
Zero is neither positive nor negative. This is why the terms "positive" and "non-negative" have different meanings in mathematics: one includes zero while the other doesn't.
