There are pores in my nose that accumulate pus and become more noticeable without a daily shower. While daily facial cleaning helps, it does not prevent these pores from filling with pus again, causing oily, pus widened pores. What can be used to take of this? I'd use a small vacuum if I could to suck out each pore. I wonder if there's any plastic surgery that can take care of this. Any recommended cremes or cleansers?

dude just wash your face several times a day, and i would recommend some sort of cleaning astringent with
salycilic (<<<Speltt wrong i know) acid in it
