Okay, ya'll... my cock is mere 2.5" in length and 1.1" in diameter while flaccid (4.5" & 1.4" erect), and as you can imagine I am most unhappy with that.

I began my first jelqing.
Method: wrapping thumb and forefinger around the base of my cock with firm squeeze while semi-erect, then using the opposite hand in the same grip to "milk" outwards slowly.
8 strokes, switch hands, repeat until 32 strokes i total.
Lube: Dial Soap (had some handy)
I'm taking this whole thing slowly for the first few weeks, until I get the hang of it. My primary goal is get my technique right and find a good lube. After that, I'll work towards a basic 6" in length, then onwards from there... assuming this method works.
Naturally, I'll accept any suggestions from my loyal readers.
P.S. Dial Soap is not very good for this due to mild irritation.
