No, regardless of what you think, genetic predisposition DOES affect your intelligence and physical attributes. Stereotypes do have some degree of truth when not deliberately made to belittle another race.
So yes, you CAN rank them in the order an AVERAGE member of a race is compared to another. There is a possibility of a smart black or a retarded asian, but these are EXCEPTIONS.
