Why is 0/0 undefined?

We should be able to define it just like everything in mathematics.

x = 0/0 -> 0*x = 0 * 0/0 -> 0 = 0 * 0/0

0 = 0*0/0 -> 0/0 = (0*0/0)/0 -> 0/0 = 0/0 * 0/0

0/0 = (0/0)^2

this only happens with 1 and 0
