this is B.S.  turbine engines are about 50% efficent to start out with, do they seriously want me to believe that you'll get 10 times more energy out of any engine than the energy value of the fuel?

Yet another magic engine. We've seen millions. Every now and then some idiot fools the general public with "Hai guys, I have a speshul engine, connect 500 W, roll dise, receev 1000 W".

I have a vacuum cleaner with a vortex thrust addon for dust collection
I am pretty sure that's where this concept's usefulness ends.
