does mankind already develop farming in outer space, like planting corn in a space station, with artificial sunlight or something, they can plant cactus for the water-DA...hah what do you think of that, we can explore beyond our own solar system!!!!

There are other solar systems...in other galaxies...
They're solar systems BECAUSE they have a sun. We wouldn't populate a world that was too far away from it's sun, as it wouldn't get enough heat or light.

back on subject, there have been exparaments that use LEDs to grow plants. much more efficent than normal lights because you only make the light the plants can use.
