I would like to create:

Giant pigs whose sole purpose is to eat things no matter how toxic.  They would process garbage into poo, becoming reabsorbed in the environment.

Trees that can grow to full maturity in 1-2 years.

A highly absorbent plant that can suck up chemicals from soil and water sources.

Bacteria that can eat through anything but can not reproduce outside of a lab.

Gigantic fruit trees, grape vines, and vegetables.
