The earth is only about 6000 years old. He says many things to back this up. Some of which involve:

1. The unreliability of carbon dating.

2. Bells and pots found inside "million year old" coal.

3. Another idea is that dinosaurs had small nostrils. That the earth was more saturated in oxygen due to a "canopy of water" above the earth (more pressure?). More oxygen made things grow bigger and live longer.

4. Also he presents eating peach pits as a cure for cancer.

I'll start first with 3. It always heard that oxygen was corrosive   and that purer oxygen is dangerous to humans. Also I would think the "canopy" would decrease light reaching earth which would decrease plant life not make it more abundant. Probably lower tempuratures as well. I wouldn't think that kind of environment would be conducive to the survival of big animals.

These kind of people exist purely to waste the time of scientists.

Christians have their unquestionable morals and history dictated by a book.

Why the sages? If what he says is so crackpotted and easily disproved then do that rather than bringing up thing that had nothing to do with this topic. People who value science should beat down ideas built upon falsehoods, even if it's a waste of time. This means uncovering the truth.

I think they do, but they eventually give up in frustration because hardcore christians build their beliefs on a circle of self-affirming lies.

Here's someone who tries to argue with them:

There are mice in teapots, orbiting mars.

Please prove or disprove.

Mice in teapots orbiting mars is a little difficult for me to disprove at the moment, but bells in coal seem to be something that could be proved or disproved without as much effort and would seem to be more relevent as well.

Don't change these.
