Riemann Hypothesis

Name: Anonymous 2006-03-27 18:30

Taken/Copied from a post in /r/. Is this true or is this someone's attempt to make me ponder this question for the rest of my life?

I willingly withheld the greatest discovery in mathematics from the world...It is the solution to the Riemann Hypothesis...The Riemann Hypothesis is false. The prime number 2^13466971-1 is off the critical line.

Yes, and it said "9.9999999 E", which to the best of my calculator, is not prime.

2^13466917-1 is a Mersenne prime though (discovered in 2001).

Plus, I don't think the (G?)RH is so closely related to primes that you can just plug them in like that.

Do you have any plug'n'play primes? Torrent? Elinks?

Don't change these.
