How to master TIME and SPACE?

I want to master time and space, but have control of neither.  What do I do?

Well, it's not like I have to rely on it, I can destroy galaxies by thought, that kind of stuff, you know.

It does come in handy when fighting opponents with time-manipulating abilities though.
