No. Because that's not even close to the issue here. These are children following a cultural tradition. They aren't being "BEATEN UP" or "MUTILATED". That's just your perception of what's happening.
What I find rediculous here is that the west only seems to care about what's going on in non-capitalist countries, esscentially non-white countries when some practice is going on that they don't understand and therefore fear.
What you simply fail to understand is that the only real issue we can have against them is the non-medicalization of the act. THAT would be inhumane- just as cutting off foreskin with a shard of glass would be inhumane. Who cares if *you* don't understand their tradition or their culture? *You* don't have a right to judge them or outlaw the practice if there's no harm in it.
