The Goal of science?

Name: UniKix !2m3gmkw9Wc 2005-12-16 13:14

I think science is racing towards transcendentalism, but it's grasping for a near impossible goal. Transcendentalism is the loss of species identity itself, so why would we wish to achive this? We aim to weave ourselves into the very fabric from which we are created, which doesn't seem very reasonable. not only that, but transcendentalism may even be the state of nothingness. just some thoughts

Science is no longer the pursuit of truth, it is the pursuit of funding.
