Hmm... I'll assume you're going and coming back only once in a day; 21 work days a month with one month of vacations, and you are 20 years old and will work until 65 doing exactly the same.
You'll ride (65-20)*(12-1)*21*2 = 20790 times in your life.
The chance to survive is P*K*20790, P being the chance to survive in a single flight (I don't know this number, but you might be able to find it somewhere in the intarweb), and K being the muslim-to-nonmuslim ratio of people in your average flight ^_^.

flying on one of the top 25 airlines gives you a 1 in 10.25 million chance of dying (per flight).
1/493 chance of dying !
Only 1/144 chance of dying in a car though.
