India "graduating" more CS students than other countries doesn't mean shit. Just because they lower the bar and churn out tons of Java enterprise monkey coders doesn't mean that Indians are naturally good.
Meanwhile, there are more Anglo & Germanic programmers who never even needed or bothered to get a CS degree who are currently occupying top software development positions and are actually writing useful software. I'm currently making six figures and I dropped out after a few months. I've been programming since I was 11 check em. Half the people I work with don't have degrees, yet they know more than your typical Indian "programmer."

I have friends from India. I know your schooling system.
Indians who come to the US are DECENT. They've actually put in the work. They know their THEORY. And they can eventually compensate for the poor application experience they get in India.
But as long as Indian students keep putting in the bare minimum to pass classes (resulting from a failure in the school system) they will keep getting stuck in India in consumer technical aide jobs.
