What do you call Prolog's syntax

It's not ``applicative'', ``structured'', ``message oriented'', ``concatenative'' or ``point free''

What do you call it?

Maybe it is ``structured''?

I believe technically it's called a logic programming language.
But these days it's just called ``kinda like SQL''.

That's not a description of it's syntax. The best I can come up with is ``rule'' syntax or ``rule-oriented'' syntax.

Ruby is one of the least inspirational languages in existence.

Prolog is an early attempt at a dream. The dream of thinking machines. Programs that program themselves based on facts ascertained about the outside world and user queries.

What's Ruby? A language for preprocessing input to and output of shitty ENTERPRISE UNIX programs? Batch processing? How mundane.
