Help! My tulpas are bullying me!

I made a tulpa of Cudder and she wanted a friend, so I made her another girl tulpa. They've ganged up against me in pretty much everything, from deciding what to wear to wrecking all my friendships. Now they're teasing me all the time, when I'm trying to work, and I'm pretty sure their trying to steal my body for good. What can I do before I fade away completely?
