This World's first soon-to-be legislation on a positive singularity

But maybe you'd like all of this (or just a little?) to escape from your basement and into the real world. First with a children's book with a time machine comparing the effect of a good and a bad singularity, when DAR (Domestic Assistent Robots) go out of control, and Educador Robots get too smart for their own good.
Later, besides a book, an organization joins in, codename PCTD (Florianopolis First Technological Command, in English), a half pretend half serious org that proposes, among other things, an actual robotic maid in less than 5 years with the right funding necesseary and some studies and extrapolations on Genetic Algorithms like Grammatical Evolution and Tree-based Genetic Programming.
The plan is for later for it all come together, creating a mystique around the subject, with the possibility of communitary open-source work (collaboratively) separating public and private on GitHub, lots of works on Technological Marketing, workshops and talks, both writing and presentation. Lots of party throwing and idea-selling with the Main PCTF founder and his brother as MCs, lots of evangelization on the local campus and elsewhere, selling CDs of interviews of talks for 2$, putting them on youtube too, etc, etc.
It might happen soon, so we need to be prepared. Brazil needs to, at least.
If you have a lawier in family or in your group of friends, try to do the same we're doing here where you live. The objective is not to limitate tech, just to observe it better, with NSA-like eyes maybe, for NATIONAL SECURITY.
