The trouble with national secrets;
In order to have a law that says you can't say a certain thing, wouldn't you need to state the certain thing in the law?
But then the law would need to be secret too...
What if the holocaust was a national secret? Should we punish the jews some more for unbespoke damage to national security / treason?
