Make first mining difficulty with huge gains and exponentially reduce it.
Name it something like Susscoin/Lambdacoin/SICPcoin/Snakecoin etc instead of /prog/coin
If you have skills change algorithm from scrypt to something new, with backdoor to generate coins faster than competition by using "nonrandom" generator values.
