It just disables your immune system from fighting them off properly.
I agree windows is the fucking cancer of computing though. I think we would FAR more technologically advanced if windows never got where it was through OEM pre-installs.

Same question. The answer is they're all bad, Genera, Oberon and Smalltalk succeeded them in the 80s, and they still succeed them now.
