LibreJS vs. NoScript

Name: Anonymous 2013-12-05 3:22

LibreJS "blocks nonfree nontrivial JavaScript while allowing JavaScript that is free and/or trivial." NoScript lets the user make their own decisions for allowing what JS to allow.

Can free and/or trivial JavaScript be malicious?

ofcourse.
Don't be a dumbass.
This is a GNOOOOOH thing, not a security thing.
It amounts to this
if(code.hasGPLLicence == false){
  block code;
}

zYou can do this in theory but in practise, word will spread about the trustworthiness of the free JS code. The browser writers will also get around to fixing exploits that arise.

Don't change these.
