I am kind of annoyed at
1) lack of really hot people - the hotter ones are pretty much of average hotness, while it is true that they are in top 3% hotness in technology, it is not true for other fields; people generally are not as ugly as in technology;
2) too much ``diversity'', seriously, why is everyone so pressed to include members of all minorities, no matter how out of place they will seem.
