What's the best resource for learning how to program? I'm reading SICP and have K&R downloaded, but as for learning languages and starting on project euler, what's a good way to go about it?

You read SICP if you want to learn how to program. You read langauge reference manuals if you want to learn a language.

you mean learning what loops, variable assignments, conditional statements, arrays and functions are?
you can learn this in a day, there are too many tutorials for this on the net. you don't need a whole book for this
