Need help!!!!

Guys pls be lean on me, this is my first post on 4chan, I need help, I've looked all over, posted on craiglist, gumtree, any fkn place u can think of.
I'm from eastern Europe and for the past 3 years I've done some work in research and I believe I've got a great thing going on, the only thing is : I have 0 knowledge about web development, programming, etc etc...
This project it will be the biggest fkn thing ever, a never done or even attempted in history, it's so smart so innocent so big that will swipe the whole world, media, news, it will be on every desktop within a year or even sooner.
I've got the plan and every step worked out now I need a team to start working on it.
I know this might sound stupid to most of you but please do mind this thread and hear me out.
I'm in London so if anyone would be interested it will have to be local.
Please, anyone, HELP!!!
This could complete what all the occupy movements and anon ops have done so far. It's smart, it's LEGAL, it's new and it has tho content and the aim that will appeal to any single emotion a human is capable to experience.
