For several hours, I've been using craft razors to make very then (0.1 mm ish) shavings of aluminum from a soda can. The longest I've gotten them is about an inch.
Now, suppose I baked my aluminum shavings into cupcakes and ate them. Would it kill me? Would it be a huge mess? Any thoughts?
I also had the idea to pound some glass into a course powder and use it in the frosting. I'll use bottles from a bunch of different brands with different colors. I bet it would look wonderful and sparkley on top of a cute cupcake.
