I buy poultry, beef, lamb and eggs from my local farmer. Kerry Gold Butter is my fat of choice for cooking. Starch is my primary source of carbohydrate, that's mostly sweet potatoes and white rice. Only water for drinks.

I don't count calories but I estimate that I eat about 1800kcal and I live a relatively sedentary lifestyle.
